Many have said that Miami is like a foreign country because it is so culturally diverse with 128 languages spoken.  Physical poverty reaches into many parts of the city and in other ways, it is an area that has deep spiritual needs.  Just 4 out of 10 people will claim some sort of religion and only 1 out of 10 are Evangelical Christians.  We need mission teams to join us, in partnership with local churches and other ministries, to be the light in a dark place.  As a short-term mission team you will be involved in:
